Red dry wine (alc. 14.0%, vintage 2020 SYRAH 100% )

Ruby red wine of medium intensity without sediment. On the nose, very pleasant aromas of red fresh fruits such as cherry, pomegranate and cranberry, black pepper, and florals such as rose petals and hibiscus with a slight influence of oak. A wine of medium plus body, very rounded and elegant with a nice expression of ripe cherry, pomegranate, juicy red currant and wild blueberry with nice earthy tones like fresh boletus, spicy carnation like filich and black telicheri pepper with a touch of fresh beets and dried Mediterranean herbs with a long aftertaste.The wine is in excellent harmony between varietal spicy-floral aromas that did not go to the rustic extreme, the unpretentious influence of the wood in which the wine was aged is also noticeable, and a very stable structure in the form of excellent acids, calm soft tannins and tamed alcohol. A wine with solid aging potential that is just at the beginning of its journey and completely in its own style leaning towards the northern Rhône, faithfully reflecting the full opulence and capacity of this great spice variety!

Aging: 20 months in barrique 225

Gastronomic recommendation : It is ideal with lamb chops with fresh thyme and rosemary, roast duck with cherry or orange sauce, as well as with game – especially venison in red wine sauce with mushrooms, veal ragout with aromatic herbs. Also with porcini mushroom risotto, as well as roasted beets with goat cheese and walnuts. Cheese lovers can pair it with mature hard cheeses like Pecorino, Manchego or Comté.
