Trigio Rouge

Red dry wine (alc 13.5%, vintage 2020)

Pleasant ripe cherry red color of medium intensity. On the aroma of dominant fermentative secondary aromas of cherry liqueur, plum jam with a very precise influence of black pepper and toasted vanilla from barrel aging.

Full-bodied, sublime and rich taste. Sumptuous spices and dried apricot dominate the bouquet.

Red and black fruits narrowly round out the palate. Intense influence of premium oak with young and velvety tannins. A wine with aging potential. It needs to be decanted.

Gastronomic recommendation: Ready-made dishes of red meat and game, lamb and veal with baked potatoes.

It is served at a temperature of: 14 – 16°C
