Bright straw yellow color with a starry glow.
Smell of medium aroma intensity. Parallel varietal genre of seasonal green vegetables with discreet notes of green apple and home pear. Pinot grigio indirectly and transparently follows the dominant Grašac.
The taste is creamy, honeyed and juicy. Medium-bodied on the palate with a pleasant taste of dried fruit and yellow flowers. The long freshness of lemon and grapefruit gives it a magical characteristic.
Gastronomic recommendation: Trigio Blanc with sea and river fish and intense toppings and spices, fatty red meat from the grill, as well as semi-fatty and fatty white and blue cheeses.
It is served at a temperature of: 9 – 11°C
