Red dry wine (alc. 14.0%, vintage 2018 vintage Bordeaux blend CABERNET SAUVIGNON 85% and MERLOT 15%)
Ruby red color with low intensity, which is consistent with the aged wine from 2018. Medium mobility with a thick colored ring. The wine was aged for 12 months in a Serbian barrique of 225 liters. The smell of a high attack of aromas dominated by the sumptuous aromas of red and black fresh and jammy fruits. Aronia, cranberry, pomegranate, sour cherry, rosehip jam with plenty of herbs, coffee, roasted orange peel and cedar wood are just some of the sophisticated attributes of our Bordeaux blend. Alcohol mildly acceptable dominant in the balance of olfactory performance. The taste is fruity with plenty of red fresh fruit and secondary notes of harmoniously toasted oak. Sour cherry, cherry, pomegranate, eucalyptus, rose… with shiny carob and almonds from Serbian oak. Full body, smooth slightly prickly texture and long finish. Tannins sweet and polymerized with a touch of cedar and tobacco. A harmonious, integrated and fleshy wine from two grape varieties that adore each other. Cabernet Sauvignon dominates for a reason.

Gastronomic recommendation: a wine that does not require a bite. Besides himself, he likes stronger, fattier and heavier food. Our recommendation is ready-made game dishes, barbecue and roasting under the stove.
