Ruby red color with violet tones, on the scent wild strawberry, black currant and dogwood interpenetrate each other. The taste of cocoa, raspberry and Amarena cherry in a fantastic combination.
Gastronomic recommendation: grilled marinated pork neck in pomegranate sauce or lamb chops with blueberry sauce and grilled polenta with bacon.
