The wine is yellow in color with a greenish tint. The scent is fruity with notes of pear, apple, peach, enriched with gentle tones of lemon grass and flowers. The taste is full, smooth and very drinkable with a pleasant fruity mineral finish.
Gastronomic recommendation: Grilled white meat, pear and young goat’s cheese, white meat dishes, light salads, white cheeses, river fish
