Layered, flexible but persistent New World style cabernet. The aromas of cherry, currant, blueberry, vanilla and green pepper wrapped in a finish with Serbian oak covering the persistent tannins.
Aging: 12 months in the barrique.
Gastronomy recommendation: Matured ripe medium roasted steak combined with a variety of peppers and salts, from bite to bite.
